OFFICERS
Mark Bryan, Chief Creative Officer
Mark is an internationally recognized expert in creativity and innovation, with major clients in education, technology, entertainment, medicine, pharmacology, and organizational training. He earned his Ed.M. in human development and psychology from Harvard University and is a former member of the Dialogue Project at the Sloan School of Management at MIT. Mark heads the development and publication of CPG’s self-help books and curricula and has written 5 best-selling books. Mark oversees the development of all on-line materials, workshops, facilitator training, and the delivery of corporate seminars and speeches. Mark is a leading executive coach and consultant and hosts a public television series on creativity and innovation.
Mark Bryan is also well known for his many appearances as a regular and featured expert on The Oprah Winfrey Show as part of her five person Change Your Life team which included Dr. Phil McGraw and Suze Orman. Mark has led CPG to develop and sustain relationships as an approved vendor for several global organizations.

William Nix, Chairman

Will is an attorney with extensive experience in corporate formation, operations and business affairs, as well as being an experienced litigator and ADR practitioner with substantial expertise in the entertainment, media, sports, intellectual property and creativity fields. Will has served as Co-Chair of Baker Botts LLP’s Entertainment, Media and Sports Practice Group, as VP of Legal and Business Affairs for NBA Properties and as COO of the 1000-member network of the MPAA global IP Group. Will has advised Internet/Software businesses as a strategist for many years.
Will has a Masters degree in History/Teaching and has taught in the public schools of Washington, D.C. as well as graduate level law school and other domestic and international courses as a regular professional panelist. He has published, lectured and been widely interviewed on television, radio and in print. He is a lifetime voting Member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and a Member of the Academy of Television Arts and Science, the National Academy of Recording Arts and Science, the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences and a documentary and feature film producer who serves on the nominating jury for the International Documentary Association.

Jennifer Pietro, Chief Executive Officer
Jennifer Waterhouse Pietro is Chief Executive Officer of Creative Projects Group, and is available to work with high net worth individuals and clients requiring business, philanthropic and financial management services; assistance with production agreements in film, theater, television, music and publishing, including management contracts and business structure, film financing agreements, corporate structures and producer’s rep agreements; to lead workshops and career retreats; to lead addictions recovery and family systems interventions; and to assist CEO’s and entrepreneurs in parlaying their know-how and personal magnetism into launch of media campaigns utilizing traditional and new media. Jennifer provides alternative dispute resolution services as a co-mediator with CPG’s Will Nix and Mark Bryan to affect positive resolution of artistic, business, financial and interpersonal conflicts. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, earned a Master’s of Science in Management, Lesley College Graduate School, an internship at Harvard Business School, and is currently enrolled at the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University School of Law, ranked by U.S. News & World Reports as the #1 Dispute Resolution Program in the United States.

Irene Maxx Duffy, Chief Financial Officer

Maxx Associates' founder and director, Maxx received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from The Wharton School. Before starting Maxx Associates, Ms. Duffy was Associate Director of Admissions at Harvard University's Graduate School of Business Administration.

Don Nicholas, Marketing Consultant
Don is the President of Mequoda Group, one of the premier internet publishing consultants in the business. Don will oversee strategy, print and other media, strategic analytics, as well as web build out and SEO strategies. The Mequoda Group guides strategies for both the Fortune 500 and major universities including Harvard and John’s Hopkins.
Ed Coburn, Publishing Consultant
Ed currently serves as President of Harvard Medical School Publishing. He is an acknowledged expert in the leveraging of internet and traditional publishing channels to increase value. He oversees a $40M print and web business with millions of subscribers. Ed will guide content development for the Internet, delivery strategy and profit maximization.
Dr. Robert Epstein, Research Consultant
Robert is the former Editor in Chief of Psychology Today Magazine and Director Emeritus of the Cambridge Center for Behavioral Science. His research skills, books and proprietary assessments will be highly valuable for distribution to our members. Robert will also provide assessments, oversee research, and guide partnerships within the academic community.
Tom Justice, Organizational Development Consultant
Tom Justice is a senior organization development practitioner who has consulted with organizational leaders in 23 states and territories of the U.S. over the past 25 years. He is the author of The Complete Guide to Facilitation, HRD Press, and two editions of The Facilitators Fieldbook (The American Management Association). Both books are considered among the best and most useful guides for both new and experienced facilitators.
His facilitation specialties include facilitating design teams in the design and execution of large scale change projects, strategic planning retreats for top management teams, negotiation of inter-agency agreements, role re-negotiation for individual team members experiencing divisive conflict, and organizational re-structuring. Two of the key trainings that he offers are: 1) a meetings management training which offers managers a unique method of integrating the work of task forces, teams or sub-groups into the actual hierarchical decision processes of the organization; and 2) facilitator’s workshops (intermediate and advanced) which trains managers on how to effectively facilitate task group sessions and how to lead regular meetings.
He is the father of two children and four grandchildren and lives in Los Angeles, California.
Norman Klotz, Audio/Visual Production Consultant
Norman is an Emmy award winning television producer and director. His company N.A.K. Productions is a full service production facility in Bethesda, MD that specializes on education and public awareness documentaries for Public Television and other distribution networks for long time clients The Ford Foundation and Annie E. Casey Foundation, among others.
Dr. Ericha Scott, Art and Creative Therapy Consultant
Dr. Ericha Scott, PhD, MEd, NCC, LPC, CSAC-II, ATR-BC, is a nationally certified counselor (NCC), a board certified registered art therapist (ATR), and a registered expressive arts therapist (REAT). Dr. Scott is the former clinical director of The Canyon in Malibu and worked for Sierra Tucson in the program for sexual and trauma recovery.
For twenty four years, she has designed and facilitated numerous art experiential workshops based upon her work as an educator, drug counselor, therapist, researcher, artist, art therapist, and a college professor. She has presented art experiental workshops to state, national and international mental health conferences, sometimes speaking to audiences of over 1,000 participants. Her doctoral on the topic of trauma and self-mutilation was published by UCLA in the journal, The Arts and Psychotherapy. She has published a chapter in the textbook on how to effectively integrate the creative arts therapies into treatment for those with addiction and trauma.
She has been a board member for the International Expressive Arts Therapy Association and Allen Street Gallery.
Morley Winograd, New Media Consultant
Morley currently serves as Executive Director of the Center for Telecommunications Management at USC’s Marshall School of Business. Formerly head of AT&T corporate sales and Chief Policy Director for Re-inventing Government under former Vice-President Al Gore, Jr. Morley is an expert on government uses of technology, politics and new media. He is the author of the influential book, Millennial Makeover: MySpace, Youtube, and the Future of American Politics. Morley will advise us on the push into new media.
